  • Your first session will include a discussion about your goals, boundaries, and preferences. Afterward, you’ll participate in guided activities, which may include consensual touch, to help you feel comfortable and supported.

  • No, touch is not mandatory. Your session will be tailored to your comfort level, and alternative activities can be incorporated if you prefer not to engage in touch.

  • Yes, you are encouraged to express your preferences. All interactions are consent-based, and your therapist will always respect your boundaries.

  • No special preparation is required. Simply wear clean, comfortable clothing, such as pyjamas or activewear and bring an open mind. Both the client and therapist are expected to maintain high standards of personal hygiene including - showering and brushing teeth within 12 hours prior to the session and minimising the use of strong perfumes or colognes.

  • Yes, if having a support person helps you feel more comfortable, they are welcome to attend.

    Please inform your therapist beforehand so arrangements can be made.

  • If boundaries are crossed, the session will be paused immediately, and the situation will be addressed. Consent and safety are top priorities, and open communication is encouraged to ensure your comfort.

  • Yes! Falling asleep is perfectly natural and often a sign of deep relaxation.

  • While cuddle therapy is suitable for most people, it’s important to disclose any physical or mental health conditions during your consultation. For conditions such as anxiety or PTSD, sessions can be adapted to your comfort level.

  • Providing a copy of your photo ID ensures a safe and secure environment for both the client and the practitioner. This step is part of our commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards. In some circumstances for safety purposes, a designated third party will be notified of the session’s date, time, location, and, if required, the client’s government-issued photo ID supplied. Following the session, the therapist will confirm their safety with the third party.

  • Yes, the standard rate includes travel within a 30km radius of the practitioner’s base location. Additional charges apply for distances beyond 30km.
